How to resize your photo and signature for an online exam or job form

Online forms often reject pictures that are the wrong size in pixels or too big in KB. Each form states its own limits, so read the instructions first.

Steps

• Open Photo and Signature Sizer.
• Type the width, height and maximum KB from your form's instructions.
• Add your photo and your signature.
• Download both JPG files and upload them to the form.

Tips

• Crop to fit keeps the proportions. Stretch can distort faces.
• Sign on white paper in dark ink, and take the photo in good light, for a clear signature.
• If the file stays too big, try a larger limit or a plainer background.
