How to convert an Excel or CSV file to a PDF table

A PDF opens the same way on every device, which makes it handy for sharing a list, a price table or a report.

Steps

• Open Excel to PDF and add your .xlsx or .csv file.
• Tick the sheets that you want.
• Press Convert to PDF, then download.

What to expect

• The values are drawn as a clean table, with the header row repeated on every page.
• Colours, fonts, merged cells, images and charts are not copied.
• Wide sheets are set in landscape with narrower columns.
